Your role as the Growth Program Leader
In this fast-paced role reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will serve as a critical driver of the company’s growth strategy and strategic initiatives. This role combines program leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to support growth priorities across immediate and mid-term time horizons, from product and service innovations, partnerships, and scale motions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design, execute, and optimize growth initiatives and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy motion, key outcomes, and organizational objectives.
The role will act as a "right-hand" to the CGO, overseeing a portfolio of growth initiatives while supporting agenda setting, outcomes, and deliverables to support the business and other executive interlocks. The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic thinker with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
